Exporter prints the error message 'Cannot find column X' and does not export settings

In certain situations, if an environment column is copied and pasted into an empty column to the right of the existing environment columns (to add a new environment), the exporter may fail with a message like 'Cannot find column X'.  The exporter currently counts the number of columns using the first row of the worksheet, which in XML format may not equal the actual number of columns.  The exporter should instead count the columns in the 'Environment Name:' row, which is guaranteed to match the number of actual environment columns present in the worksheet.
